Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped ground within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. US and International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Orders are estimated to arrive in 3 to 8 business days.
This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.

Returns
Bargains from the Bluegrass will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and must be postmarked in that time. Please Email Us for RA#
 

Our goal is to please you and provide you with the best customer service we can. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or feel a need to return an item we promise to work with you to resolve any concerns or needs you have to return a product back to us.
How to process and ask for a refund includes:
You may return most new, unworn items sold by Bargains from the Bluegrass within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Partial refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges: You are welcome to return the item for a refund and then we will place a new order for the item you want in exchange.
